Intelligence On Chain (IOC) is a UK-based organisation specialising in blockchain investigations, cryptocurrency tracing, open-source intelligence (OSINT), professional training and investigative technology.

Founded in 2022 by the pseudonymous investigator publicly known as JP, IOC began as a community-driven initiative dedicated to identifying cryptocurrency scams, exposing suspicious activity and helping others navigate the risks of the digital asset ecosystem.

What started as a passion for investigation and protecting others has since developed into an international organisation delivering specialist investigations, intelligence, education and research.
